System Goal

Efficiency

To simplify the progress of borrowing and returning books and improve circulation efficiency

Staff Productivity

Free up library professionals from repetitive tasks to focus on research assistance and curation.

Accuracy

To change the disconnect between borrowing books management and security omission prevention process

Durability

RFID tags offer a longer lifespan than barcodes, surviving years of handling and diverse environments.

System advantages

Enhanced Operational Efficiency

RFID technology streamlines book circulation by allowing multiple items to be scanned simultaneously. This eliminates manual data entry, minimizes wait times, and significantly improves the overall patron experience.

Rapid Search & Positioning

Locating specific titles or misplaced items is effortless with RFID handheld readers. This "search and find" capability allows staff to perform shelf audits in minutes, saving significant time and labor.

Integrated Security & Alarms

RFID tags serve as both identification and security. Integrated exit gates automatically verify the status of every book; if an unrecorded item passes through, an instant alarm is triggered to prevent loss.

Data-Driven Digital Management

The system provides real-time analytics on borrowing trends and inventory status. These digital insights help administrators optimize procurement plans and ensure the collection perfectly meets reader demand.

Using the inventory system for scanning, it will automatically locate the bookshelf.

The library cart inventory system will pick out the wrong books on the shelf and indicate the correct position.

After placing the library card and books separately in the scanning area, the system will automatically enter the return information and print receipts (borrowing and returning books) with thermal paper.

When books without borrowing procedures pass through the security gate, the system will automatically sound and light an alarm to prevent the books from being taken out.

After scanning the library card and confirming their identity, the reader selects the book they want to borrow. The system will automatically send the book to the exit and print the receipt.
