Proposal & Quotation

After the requirement analysis, we prepare and share a detailed proposal that includes:

  • Total pricing 
  • Delivery and installation plan 
  • Support and warranty details 

Revisions are made if needed until both parties reach full agreement.

Order Confirmation

When the customer approves the proposal, the order is officially confirmed.

  3. Installation Requirements
    On-site installation inside Dhaka requires the client to ensure access, power availability, and a prepared installation environment.
  4. Courier Delivery (Outside Dhaka)
    For remote or hard-to-reach areas, customers may need to collect products from the nearest courier branch.
  5. Advance Payment
    Specific non-stock, custom-configured, or special-order products may require an advance payment.
  6. Payment Completion
